For some reason, my 3380 printer refuses to print more than one page. It I attempt to print multiple pages, the printer prints all of the pages on a single sheet to paper. Any ideas?

First, you should determine if the problem is possibly related to your printer software rather related to your printer.

Try printing a multiple-page "Menu Structure Report" directly from your printer's on-screen menu, rather than printing a computer file.

To Print this "Menu Structure" Report directly from your printer:
1. Press MENU/ENTER.
2. Use the < or > button to select Reports and then press MENU/ENTER.
3. Use the < or > button to select Menu Structure then press MENU/ENTER. The product exits the Menu settings and prints the report.

If the printer prints these multiple pages fine, rather than squeezing all the pages onto one page, that indicates that your printer is probably fine, and that your computer software is the problem ... often there is a setting in the Print screen on your software that says something similar to "Fit to a single page"...for example in PowerPoint, you can fit many slides on a single page...

Other suggestions:
- Go to HP.com and re-download the correct driver for your printer. Re-Install that driver.
