My HP laserjet 1020 was printing pages off the internet just fine until a week ago. Now every time I try to print something off the internet all I get is pages of html code. What went wrong?
I am using a PC running Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

I've seen a few notes on this but no definite answers...
Some reported this problem right after uninstalling AOL...
Some suggest making sure that Internet Explorer is set as the system's default Web browser...
Others suggestions I've seen have been to check your File Type settings, and to make sure that Temporary files (files ending with ".tmp" extension) are not associated with Notepad or any other text editor...
Don't know if any of these apply to your case...good luck

Thanks, but none of your suggestions apply.
you could possibly try to click the page option at the top and switch the encoding.
