5Si ( C3166A ) Jamfest

Hello all,
we have a 5Si that is jamming as the page enters the PIU ( C3166-69020 ). Feed Rollers have been ereplaced 3 months ago with a Kit. There is a set of rollers called 2nd pass rollers that im sure have never been replaced. Word on the street is that the PIU lasts 1million pages and the 2nd pass rollers are less. Anyone here have advice on what to replace. It dosent look like HP sells the 2nd pass rollers as part of the PIU.

You didn't specify what tray you are using when it jams.
Trays 3 and 4 jamming, replace the 2nd pass roller.
Because the 2nd pass roller is part of the PIU...changing the PIU will fix the problem. If you don't care about cost, change the PIU.

If you remove the toner cartridge and lift the registration assembly flaps, you can see the 2nd pass roller.
