Hi all
I have recently begun to experience some really strange errors. Jobs sent to the printer fail to print. I have reinstalled the software which came with the printer and the test page prints fine, however when attempting to print from any other software the job fails.
When a job is sent it does not get displayed in the active printers dialog, it pops up like it does when you normally print, however it says zero jobs pending.
I have tested from both Office 2007 and notepad and I am running Vista x86.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
