I have a user that prints on two kinds of paper to a network printer. (HP 5000). 8.5x11 or 8.5x14 she will print documents from email and one's that are sent to her over our network.
normally there is no problem. now when she tries printing an 8.5 x 11, she get's the 8x11.01 as a choice. she choos'e it and sends it and it shows printing. yet when she gets to the printer it's still stuck in the que----holding up other user's print jobs.
does anybody know why she suddenly got the 11.01 choice?
sometimes this will happen when documents are sent to the printer from an undetermined source---such as from an overseas job.
but she says this document is internal to our work here.
