HP Photosmart 3300 series fax

What happen to the document we print when it shows a complete job on computer but printer does not print it. Where does it go?

It's probably one of 2 things:

1. If you use several different printers, or if your computer has several different printer drivers installed, you may be accidentally sending the print job to the wrong printer ... when you click on "Print", the "Print" box will pop up-- make sure you choose "HP Photosmart 3300" as the printer you wish to print to...

2. OR, perhaps the printer driver is not set up correctly or has been corrupted ... you can go to the "Control Panel", open up "Printers & Faxes", and delete the "HP Photosmart 3300" printer from your list of current printers... then go to HP.com and download HP's driver for your Photosmart 3000... there is a tutorial on installing printer drivers at http://www.printertechs.com/tech/tutorials/drivers/installdrivers1.php
