Hi, i have problems with this printer. When i do a print, the printer jams and don't put nothing of toner in the paper. Can someone say me something

Sorry, what do you mean by "don't put nothing of toner in the paper?" Does paper jam before it gets to the toner? If so check the paper path and rollers prior to the paper reaching the toner cartridge.

Finally i resolve the problem change the láser in this one, the problem was that the laser was broken but the printer didn't know and don't gave me some message.
