I just refilled a toner cartridge on my printer and now almost in the middle of every page there is a dark grey vertical band. Now, the rest of the page is also covered in a light speckled shade of grey, and that large band has cross-lines that make it look as if something is wrong on the printing roll thing (what's it called?).
Anyone know what i need to clean/deal with to make that go away?
Thanks in advance!

I assume you refilled it yourself...sounds like the hole is leaking ...
Probably have to replace the cartridge...

Backgrounding ay? What kind of toner did you use? I bet you think that toner is generic and its good in any old copier and printer...?

Guess again!

-You mean the hole that the toner was poured in or some other one that opens to prevent that kind of activity? I'll check that out..

-No, not any old toner, the TN-350 that's supposed to go with that printer.

Maybe doing it myself was not the best idea..
