I really didn't think a user could destroy a printer with something so simple but I was wrong. The CP3505 had a paper jam and in the process of removing it, the user somehow messed up the transfer film which is attached to the door. Getting very strange results - the yellow only prints on 1/3 of the page, there is a cyan stripe on the back of each printed page and some other assorted issues. It would seem that the transfer film is "contaminated" for lack of a better term. Is this something that can be cleaned? Or does it need to be replaced?
Thanks in advance.
