When your printer goes through a cleaning cycle, it wastes a ton of ink.
This ink collects in the waste ink pads inside the printer. After a certain number of cycles, the EEPROM inside the printer spits out this message.
1- You need to clean or replace the waste ink pads (you can use folded up paper towling).
2- You will need to reset the EEPROM back to zero.

I have the parts and service manual as well as the program to reset the EEPROM on my site at http://www.justmanuals.com
