This is the biggest piece of junk printer I've seen since the Kyocera printers.
Why Pharmacy's insist on using these things I'll never understand. I've had to slow the engine speed down so that the printer can print labels without jamming in the duplexor every single time. I have to do maintenance kits every 50,000 pages or so, sometimes even sooner than that. Now I have one printing all black sheets at random. Have already swapped cartridges, installed new charge rollers and installed a new HV Power Supply. And this is the 3rd printer I've got from Lexmark via Warranty replacements.
I really just want to drag it behind my truck for a while.
I have no real questions, just wanted to vent a bit.
