Printing envelopes on a Canon ImageCLASS MF3110?

I just got a Canon ImageClass MF 3110.. I can NOT get it to print an envelope. I can get it to pull it through the MultiFeeder, but it doesn't print anything and then says Check Paper Size.

I'm using a standard #10 envelope with Canon settings on Paper Size: COM10 , Paper Type: Heavy.

Any help GREATLY appreciated!

You may want to go into printer setup in windows and make sure you've entered the paper size as an option for your Canon. Just right click on the printer's icon and select properties.

Also, if you are using Word you have to set the paper size there. Finally, you may want to check Canon's website to see if there are any printer specific instructions for printer envolopes with that printer.
