Laserjet 5si 50.1 Fuser Error
After reading in the forum, I have done the following:
-reseated the fuser (many times)
-checked for bent pins or guides
-connected it directly to a electrical outlet, by itself
-checked to see if paper had gotten into connector thus blocking connection
This model is 110V
the fuser is always cold (is never warm)
I was going to start with replacing LVPS, but someone stated in forum that
the 8100 series printers suffer from this. and they had seldom seen this with the si model.
What would you suggest to check or replace first?
Any help would greatly be appreciated
thanks
