Hi all,
i recently bought ricoh aficio4100n for my pharmacy. it works with one of my computer but not with second.
the second computer has a dos based program on it and i connected it with the parallel printer cable ( when i connected it with the usb cable it was pulling out 2 papers one printed one blank and i had to use a software called dos2usb as advised by my software vendor) now with the parallel printer cable it just doesnt print not even the test page.
the program i use for printing is to do with prescription filling and i think its ms dos based ( but i m not sure).
any help will be greatly appreciated.
