officejet d145 won't stop attempting to print

My officejet d145 continuously attempts to print even though all jobs are complete - it then gives me a paper jam message. There isn't a jam, I've cleaned the rollers - HELP!!

Are you running the correct driver for this printer with your O/S if you are trying re-installing the driver again it may be corrupt
