HP1180C ink error

I Have Hp Dj 1180c In Which Even After Changing The Catrigde It Shows Toner Error(the Light Blinks).
The Printer Cn Initialise Ok And After 5 Second The Error Light Blinks.

If Any One Have Any Sollution Please Share.
Its Urgent For Me...

Just a basic question. Did you remove the tape from the cartridge foil?

Already Removed The Tape. Even Change The Catridge With Working One. But Still The Same Problem.
Is There Any Other Way ?
