Have a 4000 with a envelope feeder a lady is trying to print from home to the office. If she prints just one letter and follows it with a envelope, it works fine. But if she has like two or more page to her letter and then tries to print an envelope it will not pick it up. The envelope feeder has been swapped out and mechanically works fine. Any ideas IT? Thanks
