I just got this printer from a friend who told me that it was broken and they she didn't need it anymore. I decided that I wanted to fix it and give it to my sister as a Christmas gift. When I turn on the printer I hear a clunking sound then I see an error on the front display that says "Printer error occurred". I opened up the printer to take a look inside and I noticed that in the very upper left corner of the inside of the printer there is a broken spring (directly at the end of the rails that the cartiges slides on). I was wondering if this is the problem and also where I can get a replacement spring.
