I am working on an LJ 4550 printer that goes immediately into checking the paper path when first turned on. Paper is fed and then jams after the 4th or 5th sheet is fed. This all started after I vacumed up the yellow toner that was all over the inside of the printer. I am thinking I either dropped some toner over a jam sensor or knocked a sensor flag out of place. I checked and so far I haven't found anything wrong. Has anyone ever run into this problem?

usually if a flag is jammed or stuck out of position it will show a jam right away.that may be why it goes in to the paper path check right away.the main paper path sensors are right by the registration just before the transfer roller/ITB and in the fuser as long as duplexing is not involved.is there any error code number comming up after the jam?
