displays jam but no jam

the printer displays a front door paper jam and I open the door remove the ink cartriges then replace and close the door. Then the attention light blinks again and then it tells me I have a fuser jam in lower rear. I open lower rear door and remove and reinstall then close door and then it says I have a front door paper jam. I can go back and forth all day but the jam will not clear! Please help me! I don't know what else to do.:(

cp1315 should be a clue! To re-set the unit, hold the buttons down while powering on. Wait till lights flash, then release. Should clear the errors. If not, then there is a logic problem.
