Hoping someone can help with this laserjet where I can load the Magenta and Yellow toners without error but the black and Cyan will never line up so cannot be loaded into the cylinder. I've cleaned up the sensor wheel attatched to the motor that turns the cylinder, there was an explosion of yellow toner whilst at the customers a few weeks back. Most waste toner has been blown out. Hoping someone can help.

Working on these are a pain. the carousel has jumped out of alignment.
You might get the right side aligned by lifting it up and out a bit. The mark is inside a small curved area, below the Bk sticker. NOT on the edge.
There really is a lot more to doing this, but this could be a quick fix.
Rotary's are EOL. Dump it.

Can see the mark on the drum Printer Tech, what marker or point is this supposed to line up with?

Yes, I can see a v shaped cut out on the LHS, assuming this is the point the marker will have to be lined up with, thanks.

Need to mention that there are two litle nubs on the top drive gear that have to line up with the mark. Hope you got the thing fixed.
