Hi everyone
i'm writing here searching for some suggestions about a laser printer that i bought 1 month ago, as a second hand item, on ebay online shop (it's a reconditioned one). The model of the printer is HP LASER JET 5100tn, with 2 drawers, one for A4 and one for A3 paper's format.
After a month of perfect work, is from 2 days that i got a very strange
error:
it happens when i decide to print A5 papers (but doesn't happen when i use
A4 and A3 format of paper) with hand alimentation from the upper drawer (148mmx210mm). The paper stops under the toner cartridge of the printer, giving me the error "jammer paper under the toner cartridge".
I take away the jammed paper and after 2/3 tests the printer start working again without problems.
Basically is like the printer found a sliding of the paper under the toner cartridge...
Now, how can i solve this problem??... could be a problem that i can solve by myself or i gotta go to an help desk?
If the problem would be the roll that drag the paper... would be possible to adjust it without calling the help desk?
hope to hear soon some suggestions!!
thanks much!
