HP 4000 Registration Sensor

Trying to replace a registration sensor in a HP 4000.
It is under the registration assy, what is the best way
to get at it. From underneath possibly?Can't get it
out from above.

Remove the upper engine assy. Remove the ECU pan. The sensors are under the main block. Try the controller board that is behind the right side drive assy. This is what the sensors connect to.
