Hello,

I have an 8150 that was producing the "50.1 fuser error". I swapped known good fusers and still had the error, so I ordered and replaced the Low-Voltage Power Supply just now, but still have the "50.1 fuser error". The LVPS replacement looked either new or practically new - excellent condition...

Any ideas as to what's next?

as long as those two parts that you replaced are both installed correctly and the replacements both work, then i would say the other areas that could be a problem would be the dc controller or possibly the plug on the printer where the back of the fuser itself plugs into;i believe there is one on the 8150 on the left side.maybe dirty or a bent pin or something.
if there is any UPS's or anything in between the printer and outlet it can cause issues with the incomming line voltage,or even a bad power cord.
if you test the resistance on the fuser with a multimeter ,the thermistor should be around 200- 300 kilo-ohms and the lamps between 1 and 2.5 ohms.
