HP 8500 test file needed!

I am testing a used HP 8500 Laser printer for the company I work for. I am having trouble with the print quality. There are horizontal streaks appearing on my printouts. The manual says I need to print 5 copies of the test page VERT100.ps in order to test if a particular toner is bad. Unfortunately, we did not receive a cd when purchasing this printer to obtain this file. Does anyone know how I can get this test file or would anyone out there happen to have this file??

You only have to print a solid page of each color from word.
Horizontal lines are indicative of several things.
Toners, and toner sensors, a worn cleaning roller, a bad fuser.
Transfer assy. could be too worn.
