I am receiving a 37,002.47:118133 error message on phaser 8400. Is anyone familiar with this error message and how to resolve? The printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet and not a power strip, extension cord, etc. I have contacted Xerox support and they were not much help.

37,002.47:Printhead (left) Jetstack error.
The 118133 is the page count.

Has the printer been moved or tipped when still hot? This will cause ink to block the pressure reservoir in the printhead, and result in ink overflow.
Pull the waste tray, and look inside to see if there is ink spilled.
Remove ink loader, and inspect the printhead for overflow.
Reseat all the cables to the power supply. Run diags for heaters and check the temps that display. Unrecoverable error that means a replacement printhead,$750

Go to service tools menu. Press the up arrow and down arrow to get into the hidden menus. Go to check menu, and then to heaters menu.

I have the same problem, error 30072.47:155045. It's resulting after a rush moving without taking out the waste tray. I check all the cables and it seems fine. I like to run the diags for the heater that you advice for the previous user. However, beside the error message on the screen of my printer, I can't use the up and down arrow to select any other option.
Could you show me how to fix this problem.
I heard the printerhead cause a lot of money as much as the new printer, but I just bought the ink and the maintenance kit for $800.

Check the roll block on the left side. I could be stuck with ink.
Also the sensor for the waste tray, You have to remove the printhead to get to it. Not a walk through job. You must know how to do.
