Hi

I have a new (2 years aprox.) HP 3550. The printer have a 13.20.00 Paper Jam Front Door code. I check the printer and no have a paper jam.

is the jam error there right at power up ?normally if it is then it could be a flag stuck out of position or an obstacle in the paper path.if it clears and only comes up after a print is attempted then it would usually relate to a timing error, where the paper is not reaching a sensor on time.if it was the latter and no paper was in the path;i would suspect something in the pickup assembly or roller not picking it out of the tray.
