Hi, I have a laserjet 5m that is jamming with every print from any tray/feeder. It is getting past the toner cartridge but then folds up and jams before going out the back/past the fuser. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Paul
If you remove the fuser assembly, and try to turn the gears, do they actually turn freely or does there seem to be some impediment? Are there any teeth missing on the fuser gears.
These questions may establish a faulty fuser assembly
If the fuser assembly seems ok, then before returning it to the printer, look in the printer and see the gear on the left hand side that contacts with the fuser - it is called the coupler gear. Does this turn and are there any teeth missing on it?
