HP deskjet 3920

hi..guys..i got 1 deskjet 3920 which always intermitten stop.
everytime the user leave the pc around 30-40 minutes,the printer will "stop".
must restart the pc only can printing again.
what's wrong with the printer??
is it the connection with the pc (usb)...??
or is it because of the printer mainboard??

Start easy...delete the printer, disconnect the USB cable and reinstall the drivers, and then plug the cable back in.

done few times already.
after i monitor the printer..i found that,the printer cant detect the paper.
