LJ 2300 no pick from tray 2 and error 41.3 from tray 3

the display says ready try to print from tray 2 and it gives me a message to load plain letter in tray 2. Check settings and they paper size in tray 2 is letter.

Prints from tray 3 (500 sheet tray) than gives me 41.3 error message. Have replaced pick rollers and seperation pad on both trays.

When printing from tray 2 it will not even try to pull paper before it gives the message.

often,if the printer prompts you for a certain type of paper to be loaded,then it can be that something does'nt match up with the paper/tray settings between the printer paper handling menu,the driver defaults and the job selected in the application.

check all the tray guides to make sure that they are proper and snug with the paper.otherwise,try a fresh ream of paper in the tray and bend it a little and make sure its all the way in at the corners.
