HP 4250n - entire page blurred

Have a HP 4250n. Total page usage 471k+, Maint Kit 50K+ ago. Worked fine this morning, all of the sudden, pages come out blurred/out of focus

Do the half page test. See if it's blurry before it gets to the fuser.

Do you wear glasses? Do you need glasses...Oh never mind, it wasn't funny anyway.

Re-set maintenance count when installing new fuser.
Toner is more likely the problem.
Clean the transfer roller, and contacts.
Internal pages same?
