HP PSC 1610v All-In-One (Copy/Printer/Scanner)

I took ink cartridges to walgreens to refill, now printer says incorrect black ink cartridge. Thats as far as it goes. Won't let me print anything. Is there a way around this?

Would appreciate any help!

You won't like the response, but buy and HP cartridge.

I just laugh at all who persist in trying to save a few $$s by re-filling.
The damn things are supposed to expire! There are probably at least twenty things in your office that can be reduced to budget for new OEM cartridges.
Color printing for the masses! Hah! Got ya by the short hairs, they do.
