1 line down the center of page only when coping from the ADF. Have clean white board, clear plastic transfer sheet and glass. Tried coping from teh scanner glass looks beautiful. :confused:

don't know too much or details with an ADF,but there are usually several rollers and guides in there.have you opened it and looked inside?try cleaning it out.

If the flatbed scans ok, then the bulbs are ok. There is probably a scratch in the ADF glass. Turn it around and check if line is there.

Check the mylar. It's probably dirty. and needs to be replaced.
Lift the mfp lid. Look at the top left side. You'll see a clear piece of mylar.

First get some rubbing alcohol and clean the slit glass(small glass next to the big glass).Use a paper towel and elbow grease.If it doesn't work, use Michael's suggestions.
