Gateway running XP, HP 2610 Printer with HP app Image Zone/HP Director
Memory Card Transfer Software Pop-up status - "Not connected", but I can print Word or Excel docs to this same HP2610. HP Director status shows "connected". Gateway connected to 2610 by Rj45 net port, another PC - Sony has Com 1 port. I have reloaded OEM HP startup disk several times, ck'd Firewall settings, MCTS popup status still shows "Not Connected. AGH...
