HP 4050 Output bin Full

Using an HP 4050T that has a sticky output bin tab. The tabs on the right side get pushed up and stay there after a couple of pages of print. How do you access this area to correct the problem; why do they get stuck in the up position; already used compressed air to clear any dust & stuff from that area.

The paper-full tab is part of an arm that moves another tab through a sensor, this is located on the right hand side in the upper part of the printer, this arm sometimes gets dislodged, you'll need to take off the top cover and relocate it.
