my lexmark E238 connects to 2 pcs - 1 via reg cable other via usb -- this config worked before

cntrl/prntrs/faxes shows 2 pc's connected
pc's hardware profile shows same

power is on; toner indicator NOT on; paper tray full

when attempt to print... prntr icon appears... cntrl/prntr/faxes shows print job but no printing

i never touched the drivers - and frankly i dont know which one to download at lexmark.com -- way too many and varied for windows...!!??

help! i need this to run a business, thanx

The printer has 6 lites.
What's the status of the lites from top to bottom, i.e. on, off, or blinking?

the only light on is 2nd one from top -- power, a blue constant light

That's the READY button.
Press and hold the CANCEL button, that will reset the printer.

Try printing. If you still have the same problem go out to the Lexmark website and go to support.
