22 par io error in hplj4mplus

hi everyone... whats the meaning of 22 par i/o error in
my hp laserjet 4m plus....

i'm bought it 2nd hand and that error do come out sometime

i just restart my printer and computer then it works fine again.

but there are times that even if i restart all the error returns again...

is there any solution for this error??? whats this error???

A 22 I/O error can mean a few things, it might be the computer, the cable or the I/O port in the printer might damaged.
If I were you I would try a new cable first.
