Deskjet 3915 Prints Are Faded

Hi, I've Had This Printer For Several Months With No Problems. Now, Even With New Black Ink Cartridges, It's Printing Very Faded, Some Of The Pages Nearly Invisible. I'm Printing Pages From The Internet, Photos, Etc. Any Ideas?

Have you tried changing the color cartridge some printers use the magenta and cyan to inhance the black to look darker and if you are empty with the color it may not print black correctly
