Hi,
I have a new Canon PIXMA iP4300. It prints the first job perfectly. Then whenever I hit the print button I get the message 'port in use, please wait'. No matter how long I wait nothing happens. I restart the machine and the print jobs then start. It means everyt:eek:ime I want to print I have to restart my machine which, as you can imagine, is a real pain. Can anyone help?

not a tech here.
But my guess would be the driver set up
Do you have other printer drivers installed or a scanner driver
Also check printer options in properties maybe not set to spool correctly
Or re-install driver and watch what port it takes as you load it.
