Hey,
I'm having some serious problems with the new printer in my office. I tried to print an excel spreadsheet but for some reason it didnt print and the document is now stuck in the print queue. Under the status bar it says 'deleting-paused-printing', I have tried everything to remove it but nothing seems to work.
I have stopped and restarted the spooler several times, deleted the printer and re-connected, Unplugged the printer and rebooted my pc several times, removed the printer from the LAN and then re-connected, done a cold start reboot all to no avail. Nothing works!!
Any ideas?
