My AIO P3150, purchased 2004, has been in store for some months, and now prints only from the photo cartridge. I have renewed the colour cartridge, cleaned all the contacts, updated the driver from the Lexmark website, completely dismantled the printer and cleaned and dried the felt surplus ink pad, but still the printer only works with the one carteidge.
Judging by the number of complaints in various forums about Lexmarks, and this printer, I am not alone in my problem, but I would like to try and get the printer oerational again - or must I just junk it?
I suspect it is a software problem, within the printer - but can anyone advise on what to do to correct whatever is causing the aggro?
