Original problem was that the fuser was creasing prints. Only has 32k prints since last maintenance. I replaced the fuser and powered back up. Error 13.1 check under print cartridge. I open and close top cover, and then get error 13.2 jam in rear door. This happens on power up. So I think I have a bad fuser and order another one. Install 2nd "new" fuser - same problem. I'm stumped because what are the chances of getting two bad fusers in a row with the same problem - not likely, right? But why does the original fuser "creasing prints" still work. Both replacement fusers are refurbished, but I have used many from the same company without a problem. I started up in service mode and ran a self test. I get the same 13.2 jam in rear door.

Are you sure you have a 4350 fuser? Seems like a timing issue.
Check the feed assy. behind the MP Assy. If worn, replace.

As MichaelTech said, check to make sure the replacement fusers are part number RM1-1082 (4250/4350 fuser). The part number is usually on a barcode sticker on the fuser.

Check the flag and spring of the prefeed sensor (PS-102) which is on the paper feed assembly behind the tray-1 assembly - I think you will either find that the flag is stuck or that the spring is not in the proper position.
