I have a problem with the add-on 250 sheet paper tray for a 4050tn. Is it possible to order new plastic pieces for the tray assembly (not the cassette, but the tray body) somehow, the little plastic finger on the inside left that has the spring behind it to keep the tray in place has broken, so when the printer tries to print, the cassette gets pushed out from the tray and stops the printing.... does anyone have any idea on replacement parts ?

The left lower side is RG5-2680-000cn This is for the T/N models that have a second tray already. Are you sure it is not the 500 sheet tray? That will be
RG5-2688-000cn

im pretty sure it is the 250... both the # 2 and #3 trays interchange, so they should be the sheet trays

dumb question, but how do you change it? i found the service manual for the 4050, but it does not specify how to remove the bottom paper feed tray from the 4050tn (tray 3 is integrated) ? it seems firmly attached.... not just like an add-on tray ?
