HP 8150 fans run in Powersave mode

Hi, My 8150 fans run 24/7 in powersave mode, firmware is up to date, all other printer functions are perfect, service manual says they should be off in powersave. My 5si is dead silent in powersave mode, I'm guessing the 8150 should be too. Any ideas on a fix? Thanks in advance! Frank

You may have an over-heating fuser. Has it been replaced? DC Controller may be going bad also.
