Hp Photosmart 7200

I've changed the ink in the said printer and now it is reluctant to actually print on the paper. The paper will go through the printer but will stil lcome out as a blank page. I've taken the see-through tape on the cartidge off before I changed the ink cartridge so I know that's not the problem. Any help please?

The 7200 uses two cartridges. You're saying that neither one is spitting out ink.
Have you checked the date codes on the cartridges?

Do you hear the carriage moving back and forth as the paper goes thru? Or is it just feeding paper?

Have you tried printing a test page from 'properties'?
