Under XP, my Laserjet 4 Plus prints two-sided on letter-size paper but won't duplex legal-size.
My local computer guy says it's the duplexer---not made to print legal. The place that sold me the printer said they never heard of a duplex unit that wouldn't print both, and suggested it is my software.
It won't duplex legal-size from either Word or WordPerfect, so another tech said it is not my software.
I tried every setting, etc. I can think of.
What's more, When I try to print legal-size I get message saying there are conflicting settings. I can't find any "conflicts" in any of all the settings I can think of.
