HP 1160 Lag Problem

I am using a Windows XP operating system. I just hooked up an HP 1160 LaserJet printer. The printer prints, but there is a 2 minute lag before the document prints out. Does have any suggestions or recommendations.

That Problem not with your printer, try to connect another pc, that problem in your windows XP, I’m also got like this problem,
