Can anyone tell me what the operating temperature is for the 4250 fuser heating element.

It's at 675W printing, ready state is at 20W. At 10 amps
This is for 110V.

Look in the service manual.
There is a range around 230°C (446°F) which is what the paper should be rated for; if temps exceed 240°C (464°F) the printer should throw a 50 error.
