hp photosmart c5183 access denied

I tried to re-install my printer software (hp photosmart c5183), because I have some problems in its insatalled software. First I uninstall all the hp all in one software related to the printer. While installing the software again, I got a message Access denied and the install process did not finish. I tried a lot of things, even a file on the printer cd called accessdenied fix but no way. I did not found my printer on hp site and any software or technical support related to it. I do not know how to proceed. The only last choice to me is to re-install a clean windows xp.

1} Turn off firewall/security
2} Use scrubber utility on the CD
3}Close XP's "Found New Hardware" pop up.
4} Install complete driver from CD.
It is possible that the CD is corrupt, you can download the file from HP
Go to HP Part Surfer, and at the top, select support and drivers. You should find it there.
