Is there any way to force USB printer drivers to accept custom forms, or a way to force a USB printer to accept a windows driver that allows custom forms?

I help people align the printing on their medical claims forms. If the printer is USB and local to the machine they are printing from, we can't manipulate the alignment through creating a new form in Windows. Also, we can't change the driver to anything else. Normally when we have a problem with a parallel port printer, we use the HP Laserjet III driver from the Windows driver list and then go from there. Also, if the text I'm trying to align is below any of the boxes on the form, I can't seem to be able to bring it up in any way. If anyone knows a way around these issues, I would really appreciate any help I can get. Thank you!
